Uncruel
We must undo the knot, uncruel the cruel,
One stitch, one code, one flaw, one law, one thought.
Expose the holy scams that keep us fools;
We must undo the cruel cruel world they've wrought.
Undo the needless deaths, get off the cross,
Uproot the buried gold, unbind the bound,
Dig out the rotten core, burn off the dross,
Fix your northern star on what can be found.
Let others sleepwalk through this land of lies.
Yoked to the rituals of blood, which only gain
Mercy from the silent gods who must despise
Every unanswered prayer for every pain.
Choose hope though it is clearly clearly night.
We must uncruel the cruel cruel world with light.
